L’astéroïde (738926) Nitschelm
Chirstian Nitschelm, membre de la SAF depuis 1973, a désormais un astéroïde qui porte son nom : (738926) Nitschelm. L’annonce a été publiée dans le bulletin du 15 décembre 2025 du WGSBN (Working Group Small Bodies Nomenclature). L’astéroïde a été découvert le 4 juin 2022.

Christian Nitschelm (b. 1957) is a French astronomer, since 2012 co-founder and professor of the Centre of Astronomy of the University of Antofagasta, Chile. His main interest is stellar spectroscopy, but throughout his career he remained very active in public outreach and stargazing in France and Chile
